By default the BitPay Card includes the standard protections offered by its issuing bank. For more information, see your Cardholder Agreement.

If you choose to run your transactions as credit transactions (i.e. with a signature instead of PIN entry), you will receive the same zero liability protection Visa offers to credit card holders. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.
