Your new BitPay merchant account application is subject to review by our compliance department to verify that your business is in compliance with our Terms of Service. This process is usually completed within a few hours.

In the meantime, after submitting your BitPay merchant account application and verifying your email address, you will be able log in immediately using your newly created password. You can access your merchant dashboard to adjust your preferences and to add bitcoin as a payment option on your merchant website.

If you have not received an approval email after 2-3 business days, please email compliance@bitpay.com from the email address associated with your application.

If transaction capabilities are currently not enabled on your account, you should have received an email from compliance@bitpay.com requesting additional information about your business. Please respond to the request and we'll work with you to re-enable your account.
