Advice and answers from the BitPay Team

If you sent a payment to the payment address and haven't received your service, it's possible that the invoice expired and the transaction hasn't been applied or that the amount sent did not fully pay the invoice.

You will want to submit a support ticket to support@bitpay.com with some basic transaction information to allow BitPay to locate your payment. If you do not have the BitPay Invoice URL, you can provide any of the following details and we will attempt to locate the payment in our system:

  • Transaction ID
  • Receiving Bitcoin Address
  • Sending Bitcoin Address & Date/Time/Amount
